the weather wasn't sure what to do this week! sunday after crossfit, cute matt, elora, lisa and i went for a run on the humber. it was kinda drizzly and the trail was pretty slick. there were a lot of 'near yard sales' but everyone managed to stay on their feet.
elora and matt went ahead and i could hear them yapping the whole way! i bet she tried to get him to do a hundred burpees on the way back - 'c'mon matt, it'll be fun' . . .
it was lisa's first attempt at a mud run and she did amazing!!!

saturday saw me procrastinating until almost 2pm before i headed out for a run. started from the tai chi centre up on the 5th. what the hell was with the snow . . .

tuesday was monsoon weather - but i donned 'the puffy' and headed into palgrave. it was awesome!
even managed a bunch of seizure repeats on wednesday in albion! and no, they're not getting any better . . .'life is good'
